Bill Ukropina has been a commercial real estate brokerage professional and consultant for over 40 years. He was with CBRE (formerly called Coldwell Banker Commercial) in sales and management for 22 years and was one of the founders of Coldwell Banker Commercial North County Franchise located in Glendale California 2006. His Coldwell Banker Commercial Franchise expanded quickly to over 30 brokers and staff. In 2017, his franchise was sold to Colliers, he rejoined the CB brand in 2019. Bill Leads a team of 5 commercial professionals in Pasadena California that currently has 15 commercial properties for sale and 9 for Lease. Bill has been a Platinum Producer 11 times, which is the award for the highest level of production, no less than $700,000 of annual gross commission income. He was the national Coldwell Banker Halter Case Award Winner in 2009, served on the CB National Advisory Board and has received numerous other sales recognition awards, plus has led panels, and spoken many times at our Global Conference. Bill has been happily married to his wife Linan for 39 years, has 3 boys in their 30’s and a granddaughter.
