Matthew Ferrara has a degree in philosophy and economics, is a leadership mentor, photographer, writer, and professional speaker. He has spent over three decades helping salespeople and leaders grow through business practices, coaching, strategic planning, and personal inspiration. Matthew’s journey began in talk radio then shifted to real estate professional development in 1991. He built multiple companies over the years, including a training firm, technology call center, online learning portal and executive mentoring practice. Matthew is an advisor to brokerages, associations and CEOs worldwide.
Matthew’s work draws connections between multiple disciplines including business strategy, innovation, technology, and philosophy to create unique opportunities for growth. His perspectives include roles as salesperson, trainer, CEO, author and cancer survivor.
Matthew was educated at Phillips Academy Andover and the University of Massachusetts, where he earned degrees in philosophy and economics. Lonnie Hendry, Chief Product Officer at Trepp, leads a global team of more than 30 product management and development professionals responsible for the productization and commercialization of Trepp’s suite of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), commercial real estate (CRE), and collateralized loan obligation (CLO). Lonnie also serves as co-host of The TreppWire Podcast, a renowned weekly CRE show with more than 1.7 million listens. Widely recognized for his industry commentary and data expertise, Lonnie is a frequently cited in the media, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The Washington Post, and leading industry publications such as Commercial Observer, GlobeSt, REBusiness, and others. Mr. Hendry is a seasoned public speaker with a wealth of experience addressing professionals nationwide. Lonnie earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Sustainability from the University of Texas at Arlington where he also received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development. He is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate, serves on Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute Executive Advisory Council, and is on the Texas Tech University Center for Real Estate Advisory Board and the Mortgage Bankers Association Structured Finance Council. Mr. Hendry is also an academic reviewer for the Appraisal Institute’s Appraisal Journal publication. In addition to his responsibilities at Trepp, Mr. Hendry is an adjunct faculty member at Texas Tech University teaching Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Fundamentals, and Real Estate PropTech courses. He instructs and mentors students interested in the real estate industry to prepare the next generation of young professionals for a future in financial services.

Matt, a major force behind Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Growth, is a seasoned Operations and Serving professional with over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has a leadership role where he primarily supports brand engagement with the affiliate business at CBC. He is also the bridge between operations, marketing and product teams regarding the commercial suite of tools and services that defines shaping the brand’s value proposition. Ashley was born into the real estate industry and has a strong background in hospitality, service, and mortgage. Working towards her MBA while living in France was the catalyst to honing her skills in cultural diversity, effective communication and creative solutions. Her career has led her to realizing her passion in relationship building, engaging with clients, and working towards a collaborative discovery of new ways to grow one’s business. Licensed since 2012, Patrick began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers the same year. Rising through the ranks, Patrick became the company’s Director of Business Development in 2023. In this role, he mentors agents, helping them refine their business strategies, identify their unique strengths, and enhance their value proposition to better serve their clients.
Cliff Bogart, CCIM, is a seasoned commercial real estate broker, consultant, and instructor with extensive experience in the Houston, Dallas, and Austin markets since 1979. He is the President and Founder of The Vanguard Commercial Group, Inc., based in Dallas, Texas. Throughout his career, Cliff has been involved in significant transactions with clients such as Xerox Corporation, The State of Texas, and Hartford Insurance. He has also been an instructor at The CCIM Institute since 2005, where he teaches various courses on commercial real estate.
Paul Casella is a Major Accounts rep at Ten-X responsible for developing relationships with institutional clients across the southwest region. His mission is to empower his clients to leverage Ten-X with the CoStar and LoopNet brands, to grow market presence and CRE transaction volume in the region by bringing a global market of buyers to every sale transaction. Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications and a minor in Chinese language from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. In his previous role Paul was an Associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, he focused primarily on retail project leasing and investment property sales. Casella is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Paul currently lives in uptown Dallas with his dog Sergeant.
Kathi Constanzo started commercial real estate in July of 2019 – just 5 ½ years ago joining Team Ukropina, which was named the #1 Commercial Real Estate Team in the State of California this year. Since joining CBC, she has been recognized as one of the Top Seven Female Brokers for CBC Worldwide every year and has received the company’s Silver Circle of Distinction Award in 2020, 2021, 2023 and Platinum in 2022 and is one of our What Moves Her Ambassadors. Kathi was named one of the Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who of Professional Women in America and also received the Distinguished Humanitarian Award in 2022-2023. She was selected as 1 of 16 industry leaders appearing in the Wall Street Journal in 2023. Previously Kathi worked for Arthur Andersen (when it was one of the Big 6 Accounting firms) and some of the largest law firms in the country for over 20 years (like Latham & Watkins, Munger Tolles & Olson and WilmerHale). Kathi also owned numerous businesses, so she sees commercial real estate through a business owner’s perspective as well as a developer’s lens. Graduate of USC with a BA in Communications from the Annenberg School for Communications.
Brandon is a Certified Public Accountant, a national speaker, and the Founder/Managing Partner of Hall CPA PLLC. Brandon works with real estate investors, syndicates, and private equity funds to optimize tax positions and streamline accounting and business functions. He believes that real estate investing is critical to building sustainable and generational wealth. Brandon worked at Pricewaterhouse-Coopers and Ernst & Young before launching his own CPA firm, Hall CPA PLLC (The Real Estate CPA). Brandon has built a real estate portfolio of 25 units consisting of multi-family, single-family, and short-term rentals through the knowledge gained by working with real estate investors.

As managing director of CBC Realty – National Brokerage Team Todd remains responsible for his team, the implementation of a strong business plan and oversight of well over $125 million in annual transactions. Over the span of Todd’s career, he has personally negotiated over $950 million in transactions on behalf of his clients. Shane Platt is Senior Vice President, Franchise Growth at Coldwell Banker and is responsible for growing Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Commercial Domestically and Internationally. With more than 30 years of experience leading teams in hotel franchise and technology sales, Shane most recently served as Senior Vice President at Sonesta Hotels where he was responsible for growing Sonesta in the United States with the upscale Sonesta brands. Prior to this role, he held progressive sales positions with a number of hospitality companies including Choice Hotels, Wyndham Hotels, Best Western and HFS. Shane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Purdue University. He is based in Dallas, Texas.

Jane leads the Research Team for Coldwell Banker Commercial. She is responsible for helping brokers grow their business by developing an approach for their projects, creating material to market it, and teaching brokers how to use the data for meetings. She also writes the CBC Market Outlook reports and tests new CRE platforms for potential investment. She is a dynamic, results-driven professional with 20 years of experience in equity research, financial analysis and investment strategy.
Bill Ukropina has been a commercial real estate brokerage professional and consultant for over 40 years. He was with CBRE (formerly called Coldwell Banker Commercial) in sales and management for 22 years and was one of the founders of Coldwell Banker Commercial North County Franchise located in Glendale California 2006. His Coldwell Banker Commercial Franchise expanded quickly to over 30 brokers and staff. In 2017, his franchise was sold to Colliers, he rejoined the CB brand in 2019. Bill Leads a team of 5 commercial professionals in Pasadena California that currently has 15 commercial properties for sale and 9 for Lease. Bill has been a Platinum Producer 11 times, which is the award for the highest level of production, no less than $700,000 of annual gross commission income. He was the national Coldwell Banker Halter Case Award Winner in 2009, served on the CB National Advisory Board and has received numerous other sales recognition awards, plus has led panels, and spoken many times at our Global Conference. Bill has been happily married to his wife Linan for 39 years, has 3 boys in their 30’s and a granddaughter.
